A bikie who assaulted Rebels boss Nick Martin in the weeks before his murder has had his house targeted in a drive-by shooting in suburban Perth overnight.
Police said a number of shots were fired at the Ascot home of Dayne Brajkovich.
Police Commissioner Chris Dawson told ABC Radio Perth the shots were fired straight at the house at about 7:15pm but nobody was injured.

“Forensics are still working their way through it, but we think at least 5 or 6 shots were fired,” he said.
“We think there were three people in the house but there was also a vehicle just arriving at the address.”
Detectives believe a black Porsche stolen from Applecross in February was involved in the incident.
A burnt-out Porsche was found in High Wycombe shortly afterwards.

Police are asking for anyone who saw the vehicle — which has WA registration WMP 888 — between February 21 and March 2, to contact Crime Stoppers.
Investigators are also looking for CCTV vision or dashcam video taken in the Sedgeland Way area of Ascot between 5:30pm and 8:00pm on Tuesday.
Public safety concern
Commissioner Dawson indicated police were concerned about the safety of the general public.
“The use of firearms by organised crime gangs is front and centre outlaw criminal behaviour,” he told radio 6PR.
“So we’re obviously not happy about this at all and the bikie gangs will know that because we have a very big operation, Operation Ravello, which is suppressing a lot of bikie activity.
“And that is going to continue and it’s going to continue hard.”

He said it was clearly “outrageous that we’ve got criminal gangs firing firearms in the streets.”
“It doesn’t matter who they are, innocent people get caught up in all of this, so we want to make sure that we give this every effort to make sure we stamp this out.”
The Commissioner said police were talking to the people who were at the home, but indicated that they weren’t forthcoming with information.
“They’re not known for their cooperation,” he said.
“But at the same time, people do talk, and we are still talking to them.”
Connections with assault investigated
Brajkovich, a member of the Hells Angels, assaulted Nick Martin in Scarborough, weeks before Martin was shot dead at Kwinana Motorplex.
Brajkovich was fined over the attack.
Mr Dawson said police had not ruled out any connections between the two incidents.
“There are connections between bikie gangs so we’re not ruling things in or out at this point in time,” he said.

“The investigation will continue and I’m not going to confirm that it is directly related because it’s too early.”
